English week

English week – Pupils‘ impressions

Ami, Luisa, Roland, Consti:

We played games like “stop the bus,“  “change the chairs“ and “shops.“ We liked the games very much, but we weren’t allowed to speak German, which we didn’t like very much.

We would recommend Dave and Josh to the next year’s 3a because they’re really funny and help when you’re sad. Josh likes to sing and talks a lot, Dave makes jokes and is funny.  Josh will also show you pictures of his brother’s puppy Baby Ronnie, which got a little annoying at some point but Baby Ronnie is cute.

We liked the presentation too and that we didn’t have any homework. But the English week helped pretty much with our English and we liked it.

Eva, Lisa, Sebastian, Phips, Yvonne:

We played a lot of games and learned how to speak correct English. The first game was “Change Chairs“ and then we played the shopping game, in which we had to be the shoppers and buy something in “shops.“

Dave and Josh were really nice and funny. They are really good teachers!! We enjoyed the whole week. We liked the games. We definitely recommend it to the next class, because it was really funny and we learned a lot.

Klara, Fabienne, Max, Marius:

We played some games like “change chairs,“ “stop the bus,“ and “shops.“ We got some points for the games. At the end of the week the group with the most points got a present. We draw some monsters and made quizzes. We really enjoyed all their games. We had a lot of fun. It was really funny but we also learned a lot. They are very good teachers. They were interested in Austria. They also learned some German words. Josh showed us some crazy British sports like “cheese rolling,“ then we made our own crazy Austrian sport. It was so funny and interesting. We would like to have another English week next year.

Clara, Nina, Viki, Kati, Philipp:

On day one we were playing games. David and Josh introduced themselves. We made our own supermarkets. On the other days we did some grammar and played games. We like the game “stop the bus.“ Josh was very nice and showed us pictures of his dog which we liked. David was really funny and cool. We recommend the English week to the next year’s class.
